The largest fish market on the Baja Peninsula…supposedly. It was only 2 hallways at 25 meters a piece. But the fish seafood looked fresh.
2 Factors to establish if the fish is fresh or not:
-Fresh fish does not smell fishy
-The gills are still red

Are those orange fish below even edible?

We did not purchase any shrimp because we did not want to ruin their tidy arrangement.
