In America we do not see how or food is prepared. We only see the end product, whether it be a Big Mac in a little brown box or a T-bone neatly presented on a bed of greens and potatoes. We do not witness the behind the scene action that takes place in the slaughter houses. I woke up to the hellacious shrek of a goat being slaughtered in the back yard of my grandma’s. Nothing of the animal goes to waste. I believe 5 different dishes were prepared with this whole goat. Damn it was good.
