If you don’t know what Sisig is your missing out. Its basically minced pieces of Pork Ears,Snout, Cheek, Chicken Liver, and Onions. Everythings grilled then placed on a “Sizzling Plate” until crispy then topped off w/ Calamansi.

I prefer mine extra crispy so you get the crunch on the outside and the tenderness on the inside. Best paired w/ a cold San Mig
